Heidi Sorensen has been a dedicated member of the MSM team for many years. Heidi started her career working for Peggy Moore in 1991 as a receptionist/legal secretary. Ms. Moore was a sole practitioner in a small office located in Mission Valley at that time and primarily worked in the Juvenile Court as an attorney for juvenile dependency and minor’s counsel. In 1995, Erik Moore completed law school and started working for what was then Moore & Moore, APC. The firm’s primary focus became family law matters. Heidi continued working as a legal assistant and later became their paralegal and billing manager. In 2000, Moore & Moore joined forces with Lewis & Schulman. The four partners became Moore, Lewis, Schulman & Moore, APC. Heidi’s role of paralegal slowly transitioned into office manager and in 2010, Margo Lewis had been appointed as a Superior Court Judge leaving the firm to what has become a strong family law firm currently known as Moore, Schuman & Moore, APC. Heidi has been the firm’s central operations driving force and firm administrator ever since.
Heidi enjoys spending her free time with her friends and family, hiking, camping and horseback riding with her horse Beamer.
